Good alternative to standard mice

The only no-pressure mouse
I have moderate to mild carpal tunnel syndrome (RSI) in both wrists. 3M Renaissance Mouse after Two Years

Great design, problems with implementation
I have used this mouse for a few years, at home and at two different job sites, and it has made a big difference in my mousing endurance. This is an excellent design.
