ACER PC Notebook - A new way to start your success with computers.
Pros
The hard drive memory is very acceptable for someone new to computers.
Cons
The windows XP protection is ok. The Ram memory and the processor speed is ok.

The Bottom Line:
Well, i would recommend it for a starter, because it is easy to understand and operate. And it is affordable.
It has a very good picture quality. Basically, the laptop is good for those who are just getting starting with computers and the Internet. The screen of the computer is easily left with finger prints, when touched. So the users shouldn't touch the screen all the time.
WHY DO YOU NEED THIS LAPTOP?
You need this laptop because it is a good way to familiarize yourself with the operations of a laptop. You don't need sophisticated laptop for now, if you are a newbie. Everything on this laptop is easy to learn and you don't need a special tutor for it. Its very cheap and affordable for anyone.
GENERAL OVERVIEW THIS LAPTOP
Well, it doesn't really matter the type of ACER laptop you use. What really matters is how you handle it. If you handle it with care, i bet you it will last for eternity.But if you are not careful with it, you could loose it the same day of purchase. The memory of its hard drive is more than 150GB. Which means you could store as much as 100GB document in it. Before you could save up to a 100GB, you must have installed programs that could take up to 20 to 30GB depending on how many you installed. This means that if you have it, 20 to 30GB of hard of your hard drive would be taken by installed programs, leaving you with at list a 110GB space for documents and any other thing.
THE DISADVANTAGE
The disadvantage of this laptop is that it has windows XP home edition. Windows Vista should have been preferable because of security reasons. That is to say Windows XP Home edition has less security to Windows Vista. Another disadvantage is that, it has just 1GB ram memory which is ok. But, 2 to 3GB ram space should have been better. It would have been better, if it has dual processor.
RECOMMENDATION
I recommend this ACER PC Notebook for all those who want to increase their success with computers and the internet. My reasons for this recommendation is because, every facility in this laptop is more than average. This laptop is what i am still using till now.
