Excellent value for your money. Great fun to have.
Pros
Very handy for everyday videos and stills, especially outdoors. Long battery life. Easy to use.
Cons
Video cam feature and LCD are useless at low light.

Quality of pictures and video are a lot better than I expected for the price I paid. The still pics I took using the highest resolution, with 2x digital zoom are clear even if viewed on a 29 inch TV. Pretty good for a 2.1 mp CMOS lens.
Videos taken using the 640x 480 resolution are usually clear unless the subject is constantly moving at a fast pace (due to the low frame rate at this resolution), but still acceptable and better than non-digital camcorders.
MP3 player and voice recorder have excellent sound quality, comparable to hi-end MP3 devices/recorders.
Has long battery life. I was able to take more than an hour long video and a lot of still pics with flash (512MB sd card) using 2 pcs. 2100 AA batteries.
Built-in flash works well if still pics are taken at a distance between 2 and 7 feet. Too near and pics are too white, flash only good up to 9 ft.
