The Bottom Line:

More Pros
Sounds great
Convenient front video inputs
Plenty of Power for beginning systems
Included Remote very easy to use
For those that want to get on board with starting their home theater, this is the Best beginning receiver you can get for the cost. I have this hooked up to my tv, vcr, and cd/dvd player. All of them sound great but I would like to have more power when playing DVD's. The TV and VCR sound wonderful. When you are really trying to crank the DVD's on my 4 speakers for the surround sound the power drags a little bit but that could just be my speakers and the fact that is just because its 400w. 400w is usually plenty unless you are making a hardcore theater system. I have had mine for 2 years and I have never had any problems.
