Pros great sound, good anti-skip, durable

Installation went fairly well...the unit uses the standard DIN audio connector and wire colors. I encountered a problem during installation, namely the system kept itself muted. Pros Can choose two different display colors.
Cons Often skips when playing CD's and CD's jam when being ejected.
Recommended it? No

I recently purchased the Aiwa CDC-X517M CD Receiver and had it installed it in my girlfriend?s Audi A6. From what she has told me about it, and from the time I?ve spent in the car, I feel that there are more ?cons? than ?pros? and think that there are better CD Receivers on the market.

If you put this player in your car, you will be the most happenin' person in town. This $120 stereo is really worth every penny.
