Jazz? Rock? Classical? You can have it all with Aiwa!

Pros Easy to use, durable, 5 discs
Cons Loud when changing discs
Recommended it? Yes
After we bought our Aiwa stereo receiver with speakers, we
needed a CD changer to complement it. We decided to buy an
Aiwa as well, since we were enjoying our quality receiver
and decided to get a compatible changer. We went back to
Best Buy, where we bought our receiver, and picked up our 5 CD
changer and have had it now for over 2 years.

We have a large selection of CD's that my Husband and I have
collected over the years and we weren't sure if we needed more
than an 5 CD changer. We didn't want to spend most of our time
changing the CD's out when we got sick of them. That is the
point of having a multiple changer. We didn't need the changer
for 100 CD's that we saw..that was a bit too crazy. But 5
seemed too basic, especially with our different music tastes.

We are now glad we chose the changer for 5 CD's. 5 CD's is
just enough musical selection for a week in our home when we
set them on disc repeat or random. We love that it holds the
5 discs since we like a variety of music while we are relaxing
at home. We can have in Jazz, Rock, Classical, Pop, and Country
CD's all at the same time and just change the discs to fit our
mood.

The Aiwa CD changer is extremely easy to set up and use, as
is the receiver. We hooked it up in less than 10 minutes and
were playing our first CD. We have never had any problems with
our changer and have used and abused it over the 2 years. It
does make a bit of noise when it automatically changes discs.
We had to get used to the loud noise. This may be normal for
home CD changers, but the one in our SUV makes no noise at all.
Other than that, we have had no challenges with this product
and we keep it on 24 hours a day.

The changer is sturdy and well made. The black finish gives
it a very modern look and blends in with any home decor. It
is easy to clean and dust by using a damp cloth. The changer
is raised on 4 small legs to keep it from scratching our
entertainment system. The remote control is easy to use and
has all the features that the changer base has.

Some of the great features of this product are as follows:

* 5 CD changer
* Auto power off (Sleep). The changer will turn off after
the selection is finished.
* Easy to change disc compartment. Can quickly load all 5
discs by a 'disc change' button which rotates the tray.
* You can play one disc only, skip discs, direct play.
* Tracks time remaining for song to finish with display
panel.
* Discs can be removed or changed while another of the
CD's is in play.
* Program play by using the memory function. Memory holds
32 memory banks that holds either one track or one CD.
* Random song play. All discs on tray can be played randomly
by hitting the random button.
* Repeat song play. Can have all songs on one CD play
repeatedly or all the tracks on all 5 CD's played repeatedly.
* Edit recording of tracks from one disc. Calculates track
length and allows you to record up to 99 minutes. There is
programmed edit recording as well.
* Remote control - takes size AA batteries, 16 feet distance
of use from the changer. Has the options to disc skip, change,
pick disk 1-5, pause, fast forward song, skip to next song,
stop, play, random, repeat, search, program edit, display,
power, etc.
* 120 V power source
* Optical digital output
* Extremely durable and sturdy (over 20 pounds!)

Aiwa also has 5 other models of CD changers and receivers.
