Recently I bought myself a portable Aiwa(XP-R100)CD player and I must say that this is one of the best portable systems I have ever owned. The design is very nice(nice little touch with the CD logo-all silver plated) and the fact that it has a radio is a very good touch. Now the only problems the player has is the loading time for the CD's and how it reads them. If you're getting tired of listening to the radio and you want to quickly listen to a CD, it might take some time, since this player takes up to 6 seconds reading CD's. The reason: it has too much memory(i.e the radio, the EASS, and DSL). But, nonetheless, this is a very good buy and the additional "swoop" headphones are very cool and very comfortable. A nice touch is that the player brings a battery recharger... but no batteries. Anyway, good system all the way and the sound(on the CD)is great.
