The Bottom Line:
My best electronics purchase in years, I love it!
I bought this as a replacement for a broken Smart Media based MP-3 player and I've got to tell you this is one great little player.
I found the biggest drawback to the flash memory type MP-3 players was the hassle of downloading music to the player. Slow and cumbersome I found I loved the small package but I changed the music too infrequently. It seemed I always remembered I needed new music just as I was headed out the door and didn't have time to do a download.
With this thing you get a very small player and the advantage of being able to swap music on the fly.
It is built surprisingly well and does everything I need. The great thing is I can burn several different 3" CD's with different types of music and carry them with me on a trip. No more listening to the same 2 hours of music for 4 days while on a business trip. No more of the slow download hassle. Now I just swap a mini CD and I'm ready to go!
