Bought from Costco when it first came out - paid the ridiculous sum of $600 to find out that you can only purchase an Akai wall mount (over $400) for it. Now 14 months later the TV no longer recognizes the built in DVD. Picture quality has gotten worse and worse over the year. You can't program your satellite remotes (or ANY remotes for that matter) to work with it so I'm constantly having to use two. Sound quality is not great. AKAI is either out of business or doesn't care about customer service, as they no longer answer the phones and do not respond to email.
