The 9835 is a great unit, but I miss my 9815

Awsome radio when you get past the setup
I bought this alpine unit to replace my sony MEX-1HD. I just was not that impressed with the sonys sound quality. It was good but, just not enough ways to tweak the system to my liking. This alpine unit definitely alleviates this problem.

Not all it's cracked up to be
I bought one of these thinking it was truly "iPod ready," meaning I could do everything I could with my iPod. You can't. This isnt for everyone
The CDA-9835 is a nice looking unit but not so nice when using it. I bought it for 2 reasons. The power and the crossovers. Well 3.
