Best MP3 deck in it's price range.

Pros Looks and sounds terrific. Tons of options. Like a concert in your car!
Cons Have to hold the power button to turn off.
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  Awesome sound, great looks & features aplenty. Very happy with my purchase, everything I wanted & more!
After recently purchasing a new "sweet" car, MB slk 230, without a CD player I was in the market for a CD/MP3 deck to match. I looked at several decks at my local hi-end car audio store & after the salesman turned on this baby I was sold.

After getting acclimated to the many features I could not be more happy with my purchase. The sound quality and the degree to which you can adjust bass/treble and time response is incredible. The MP3 features are intuitive and you can easily scroll through files & folders & seek time is equivalent to CD audio.

I'm a single guy so I'm always trying to impress the ladies and this deck is a looker. If you really want to show off just switch the backlighting from green to amber and listen to the ooh's & ahh's! The motorized opening faceplate is also as appealing.

I must say after a week of use, I cannot think of anything I don't like about this deck. It sounds awesome & looks terrific. I'm very happy with my purchase!

UPDATE !!!
I found one minor thing I don't like about the radio, it's the fact that you have to hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it off as the button is dual functioning.
I want to be able to just press & go instead it makes you sit & hold or 3 seconds! Minor, but irritating.

UPDATE #2 !!
I recently used the remote control that comes with the unit. I never even bothered putting batteries in it as I thought it was silly to have a romote for your car radio. But I was wrong! It's really great, its fast and easier to use than the deck radio controls. If you drive an automatic you can just leave it in your right hand & play with the radio as you drive. It also has an on/off button that shuts off instantly, fixing my complaint from above.
All in all, I still love this radio!
