Yes
The Bottom Line:
This radio is the best small radio available
This radio is perfect for my needs. It got a excellent display with enough contrast(white letters on black background). Setup are verry easy to use and the sound is excellent !! It play perfectly CD and MP3 as well. You can pass easely from one folder to the other instead of passing each song.
The quality of the front button is excellent and the front panel is removable is easy to attach (the wheel use for the volume is the good size for manipulation). The radio has only 1 output for pre-amp and does not not read .WMA files. For me, .WMA is useless and perhaps I will only buy 1 subwoofer, so 1 output is enough. There is no connection for XM/Sirrus, put don`t count on me to pay 30$ month fee to get digital radio.
FM Reception is clear and without distortion. AM Reception is good too.
Ok, you may find other radio cheaper with more option than the Alpine, but after buying my first Radio (Sony F5500), my only thing was to get a second radio and NEVER change it again. I made the best choice so far I do recommend it to anyone who wants a no-problem-radio
