Alpine CDE-9873 Car CD / MP3 Player

This is the best receiver I have had in a long time. You have to ask yourself - What do really want in a receiver – Cool toys, some video show or are you looking for a stereo that plays music and plays it well. This is a receiver that says that less is more. I recommend this to anyone who likes simple operation driving. I have had my share of car stereos and this unit has great sound. I like the front loading cd without waiting for a face to unfold. I only have two small changes I would make to this unit (1) Should have 3 pre-outs to help simplify sub amp set up. (2) Night driving dim should be even more dim. Thanks Alpine.
