Ok so I just got this deck installed 2 days ago, and man is it badass! No cd player, but I got a usb thumb drive and my girly has an ipod. You can change the illumination and screen backround from blue to red. Which is nice seeing as how I have a 2004 mazda 6 with red dash lighting.

The mp3's playing through usb sound just like cd quality too!! I love the fact that it has so many add ons like : Imprint, XM/Sirus Radio, Hd radio, and Bluetooth. Though I wish at least the Imprint unit was standard, cuz without it you can only adjust bass, treble, balance, fader, subwoofer level. But it does have a loudness feature (which helped alot!!) though it only deleivers 2v outputs, with imprint it is boosted to 4 volts.

And the usb drive is fast on this deck, much faster than any cd player I've ever used even. I mean you hit next song and like maybe half a second and there it is!!

You can even change the backround image to (if you use an online tool) whatever image you want. you just need a usb thumb drive, and the apn files have to be stored in the root of that drive, oh and the player itself only holds one backround at a time so you have to go and download different ones (from your usb drive) each time, bu it's easy if you have a bunch of apn files stored on your usb drive.
