Altec Lansing ACS 33 2.1 Speakers

I got these puppies from Best Buy for about $50. They're a great pair of speakers, nicely complimented with the subwoofer. I would rate these speakers very high on sound quality and price, but somewhat lower on design and controls. The midrange sound is the perfect mix in between the low bass that the subwoofer puts out. Although the subwoofer is hidden under my computer desk, the speakers are out to see. I don't really like the design of the main speakers, but I guess they could be worse. The only real thing that bugs me a little bit is the volume control. It's also the on/off switch and is only a small dial located on the right speaker. Sometimes you'll go to turn it down, but accidentally turn it up. Forgetting about the controls, these speakers are an excellent choice, both money wise and sound quality wise.
