This has to be the best set of speakers for music I have ever owned. I have had it for 2 months. It's worth every penny!
The reason why Altec Lansing sells this as the top of the line 2.1 speakers is because they are great speakers! They sound very clear and crisp even with the bass all the way up. If you have a good sound card, that's a plus. I have experienced great performance by these speakers on an average soundcard.
It was very easy to install. They are plug-and-play. It comes with a handy remote with a power button and volume control. Bass is adjustable in the back of the subwoofer. Subwoofer can be hid under a desk, and the speakers can be placed at any place with the generous wiring. Great price and sound compared to other speakers. Surround sound also sounds great. It's the best for music, but also great for gaming and movies.
