Pros Small satellites, great sound, reasonable price, digital option
Cons large sub-woofer, difficult to understand setup

I bought my new Dell specifically without speakers because I wanted to shop around for a set that I knew I would be happy with (not that Dell?s speakers are weak). The spent extra on the sound card and wanted to take full advantage of my MP3 collection.

What a lot of people neglect to get when purchasing a Computer or Building their own like me, is a great pair of speakers.
When debating between just some little desktop 2 piece set and a full out 4 piece+ Sub i didnt think twice.

Pros Compact Subwoofer, powerful, digital audio and overall control.
Cons Ineffective on budget sound cards, no headphone jack and power switch location.

Pros Sound great LOUD, never gets old, puts you in the game.
Cons Yeah you need a digital card but that's not really a con.

Boy, Gateway sure was stupid to break their contract with Altec Lansing to go with Boston! I've had these speakers for over a year now and they show absolutely NO sign of aging. Ill be honest with you, I had no intention of buying these speakers.

I was in BestBuy, desperately needing some computer speakers. I always had my reciever hooked up to my computer, but as that was no longer possible, I needed some speakers bad.
