My ACS90s and the associated subwoofer came a 'freebie' (not that there REALLY is such a thing) with an older Dell PC. I've tried to find something that matches them but cannot.

They are very hardy and have excellent sounds. I'm looking at the Bose Companion 2s but am not convinced they give a better sound. The Bose sure look much nicer and sound good but the ACS90 & subwoofer do as good a job for me.

I listen to all kinds of music but the ACS90 really stand out when listening to classical music. Nice, crisp full spectrum sounds and very good bass.

The right speaker on/off switch quit working after 4 years and I paid $15 to have it replaced by a flip switch. Now, after the umpteenth time the cat has knocked them off the top of the desk, I'm having problems with the plugs.

Just found a place to get more dirt cheap and will probably buy two or three pairs just to have spares. THAT is how much I like them.
