Altec Lansing ADA 70 2.1 Speakers

These speakers have made me throw out my Pioneer sound system that once sat in my living room, and I have now made my computer my personal entertainment center. These speakers are great! I've never heard such great music quality from a CD player, let alone a computer.

I'm a heavy computer gamer, so I wanted this for the sound effects. Whenever I'm playing a game of Quake or the likes I love to feel the explosions all around me. The subwoofer is a dream come true, offering great sound effects with the two desktop speakers in combination. You are easily able to change the bass and treble of the sound as well, so you can adjust it to exactly how you want it. Even when these speakers are on a lower setting, the subwoofer works it's hard job very easily.

Another great thing that these speakers are great for is music. I gave away my CD player once I used these speakers. For mp3s, these are perfect, along with CDs, RealAudio files, and any other music file available. The sound travels very well, is crisp, clear as crystal, and the subwoofer allows you to feel it as well. It's a nice little setup for the computerroom, but I cranked this baby up when I was having a party, and it was better than ever.

I don't even think it's possible to blow these speakers either, because they can handle a point in volume no human ear can! If you want a great sound system, game system, or just good quality sound, you can't beat these speakers for their more than fair price.
