The ACS33s are Better than These 3!

A good speaker, but it's just not worth the money!!!
Altec Lansing makes a good speaker set, but they really didn't plan well in the making of these ones. Although yes, they are a really good speaker... They aren't for the price. Altec Lansing offers almost the exact same speakers for half the price, they just aren't all "cool" looking or black. I feel sorry for a person who pays $50 more for black speakers that are slinky and only offer 2 more watts per satallite.
The 2 satallites in this 3-piece set are 12 watts, and the sub is 18. Just to let you know, all you are paying extra for is 4 more watts in the satallites and 3 more to the woofer. Not a very good deal when it comes to price. The ACS33s have 2 10 watt Sats and a 15 woofer... for $50 less.
If you have a black computer and want a match, then you should very much get these speakers, they are pretty good quality, but pricey for what they are. If you're looking for good quality speakers, or a good deal, this isn't a good buy. Look at some of the other speakers Altec Lansing offers, because for more money you can get a lot more, or for less you can get the same quality.
