The Bottom Line:
If u really do not care about bass and want a functioning 4.1 system, get it.
I bought these because I really wanted to save money after my huge upgrade from a P3-450 to a whole new P3-933 512 megs a ram, a new 40 gig HD and a few other new items.
I felt I just wanted 4.1 surround but didn't realise that the system was really worse on bass response thatn my 3 piece Altec Lansing's were. The other sub was a pounding 6 1/2 inch woofer and it gave low bass. This one houses a smaller woofer and you can certainly tell right away. If I had it to do over again, I'd save up and get a THX certified 4.1 system for games. I am used to a full 6.1 surround sound system for my Home Theater so this is very weak in comparison.
