For $25 you can't beat em !
DESIGN
The Altec Lansing BX1120 system features four pieces. The first is the powered subwoofer which is a wooden cubical cabinet - 7.9 in. x 7.9 in. x 8 in.
The subwoofer has an AC plug in its backside (without a grounding pin) and has the system's power switch there as well.

Hard to beat at $30 IN STORE!
I've got a set of the BXR1121 2.1 speakers for my desk at work, and they really are quite nice. I needed a set of speakers that were cheap, and the difference between these and other lesser-known brands wasn't a whole lot, so we went with them. Wow, was I blown away! I don't expect much from... Big Sound, Small Price
I have always been pleased with Altec Lansing products so I wasn't scared away by the $30 price tag that may have made me choose a pricier package by another manufacturer.
