Amphion Mediaworks M-270 7 in. Portable DVD Player

We purchased an amw M280 portable dvd/cd/MP3 player a couple of years ago from BestBuy as a Christmas present for our daughter. It was the best deal for our money and worked great for a couple of years. We never had any problems with it until someone stepped on it or plugged the power cord in roughly and broke something from the adaptor off into the player. I searched ebay to find replacement parts, and could only find parts for the M270. I called AMW customer service to make sure the parts were compatible. They told me the parts were interchangeable and asked what the problem was. They told me to send it in to them FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT! I couldn't believe it, especially when the damage was our fault. We received the replacement today, and they included a dvd in the package we had accidentally left in the player. Get this...they buffed the dvd for us!!! From now on, we check with AMW first for all our electronics needs!
