The DVDO iScan Duo is a high quality high-definition video processor with dual HDMI 1.3 video output capability, allowing connection to two separate displays. It converts standard definition, high definition and PC signals from up to fifteen sources (including eight HDMI) to any HDTV resolution up to 1080p. Features Output Formats: 480p, 576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p60/50/25/24 Processor: Anchor Bay’s ABT2010 with VRS technologies Technologies: Precision Deinterlacing (480i/576i/1080i) PReP, Progressive ReProcessing: Recovers the original interlaced fields from deinterlaced progressive formats such as 480p, 576p and 1080p. The original interlaced source can then be deinterlaced by VRS Precision Deinterlacing technology to produce a higher quality progressive image. Precision Video Scaling II: 10-bit high definition video scaler supporting 1080p input and output Progressive Cadence Detection Mosquito Noise Reduction (SD/HD): reduces random noise which appears along the edges of compressed images Fine Detail Enhancement (SD/HD): to extract fine detail in low-resolution or compressed sources Edge Enhancement (SD/HD): to sharpen edges without adding any ringing RightRate Framerate Conversion Precision AV LipSync: Intelligent digital audio delay technology to match Audio & Video timing The iScan Duo has a very intuitive user interface which makes installation a breeze.
