Apex will not support this product. If this product ever fails, forget trying to get it fixed or get parts. I have seen countless numbers of these bad right out of the box. Most all of our new sets power on and off at their own free will. No shock to me really, apex is a generic brand and a ripoff of Konka. Beware, if your gonna spend 1000 on a tv, buy from someone who backs their product up. Enough said.
