Broke 3 days after purchase. Very bad customer service.

I bought the TV on 7/5/2004, broke 3 days later, screen flicked and remote doesn't work.
We called the Apex's customer server, after 35 minutes, only voice box available.
Customer service: 866 327 3946
Corp: 909 923 8686
Customer service 2: 909 230 4845
Finally, after 45 minutes, they put me on a line...I was caller number 14. 15 minutes later, I was caller 12.
Be wise, don't buy.
