Pros Small, portable, fast, efficient, and well it looks cool!
Cons Can get VERY HOT but cools down just as well.

WOW! My PowerBook is still running with the rest and best. My profession is a Macintosh technician. Or as what most people call me as the "Mac Surgeon".

Pros aluminum shell, lightweight, expandability, nothing protrudes from the case
Cons gets a little warm but no so much that it is a big problem

Pros Powerful, sleek, compact, great battery, good screen, excellent keyboard, wireless
Cons Gets REAL hot in your lap to the point of being uncomfortable to type on

Being a former PC only-user this was my first Macintosh. I got it because it was the best laptop I found, at this price point. The 4 hour battery, true sleep mode, durable aluminum casing, slot-loading CD/DVD, and of course bluetooth and wireless, were all factors in my purchase decision.

Pros Lightweight, very fast! easy to use.
Cons Smaller keyboard for new mac users. but it's easy to get used to.

I Got my 12" G4 primarily for video editing about a year and half ago. I have recenltly added RAM easily and added 160 Gig Hard drive.
