Macellent Notebook
Pros
Stylish design. Software bundled is excellent. OS [Tiger] is elegant. Effortless networking.
Cons
It does get warm after several hours use. The basic service plan is minimal.

I purchased the 12 inch model after my son took my 15.4 inch with him to college.
This screen size fits my lifestyle better than the larger one did. The iLife software suite included with it has so many features that I have not utilized them all yet. I have made slide shows and even a book of some of my favorite photos but I have not begun to make any dvd movies yet.
The OS, Tiger is a gem. The dashboard feature [Small software applets] is nice and can be set up myriad ways. The spotlight feature is outstanding. If you type in a word it will list all instances where it is found on your computer. Did you forget where you placed that letter to uncle john? Have no fear, just type John in spotlight and it will tell you where to find listings for john in your computer.
I have not had the notebook crash once in over 6 months of constant use.[The 15.4 went 18 months without crashing before it was taken away to college.]
As to cons it does get warm with use. Also, the fan is noticeable but not that loud.
