The Bottom Line:
I did not buy this product, I recieved it, I was a bit sketical at first, but it's a great product for music, movies, internet, and work.
I was never really a Mac person. I've delt with PCs since I was 5, and don't get me wrong PCs are great, but when I recieved Apple's MacBook the ease of use I discovered was incredible. From installing programs, to connecting a printer, to chaning settings, everything is pretty much self-explanatory on the MacBook and dosen't usually require many steps. More to the laptop side of things, the laptop is pretty light weight and very easy to carry around. I easily slip it into my bookbag everyday and take it to college. I use it on the train, by setting it on top of my lap, and doing whatever. The battery life is also pretty good. The laptop usually lasts me the whole day, which would probably be like 6 hrs of usage. One thing though, which is a reccomendation in general, is that you should let the battery drain completely the first time you get the laptop because it slightly improves the battery life. One drawback though, is that the MacBook can't do everything PC's can. Two things that I came upon were playing video games, and opeing RAR files. Most games say PC-cd-rom on the back of it and are incompatible with Macs. In addition, files compressed using winrar can't be extracted on Macs, but there might be a mac version of WINrar such as MACrar or something. But overall GRRRREAT!
