i will go bout the technical specifications later, let me tell u people ..nope... i gurantee and assure you that this amazing piece of work from apple is worth eVERY SINGLE PENNY of it!! Its way too attractive and i'd eat my hat if there is anyone objecting to me on this context.Well to the starters the entire laptop is built on a single sheet of aluminium... A technology which apple bought from NASA. I ve purchased this like 10 months back and even today whenever i open it its like that day i first opened it! Im pretty sure that once you are used to this lappie you can never dream of going back to the other ones. These specifications..4gb ram, 320 gb harddisk, 2.53 ghz processor are like more than sufficient for every normal user. the graphics and backlight is something amazing ( obviously i guess when u have a 9800 geforce nvidia graphics card!!) . I guess everyone by now would be aware of the multi-touch track keypad( two, three, four fingers swipe) which is something really revolutionary. Windows users can always install a parallel desktop ( jus like virtual machine) and use the lappie with windows interface. however personally i feel mac leopard and snow leopard are more than enough. i guess its up to the users.As of today i havent faced a single problem with it. its workin fast and perfect! On the downsides i guess the first thing is the price. but let me tell u extraordinary is expensive always. you will not get it cheap . as ive already said its worth every single pie u pay for it. You have to take a little extra effort to keep it clean and shining always. only then u really realise its true value!. And next thing like APPLE always says.. keep it away from water. WATER is like the destroyer of ALL the apple products. so bottom line never bring the macbook pro in contact with water.
