Very capable 7-year-old
I guess that when the Mac bug hits, it hits hard. PowerBook 3400c: Aging like fine wine...
As a frequent user of both Macintosh and PC hardware, I had long been convinced that Apple's PowerBook 3400c was probably at or near the current "sweet spot" for value in a low-end laptop computer. PowerBook 3400c -- a great used notebook buy!
If you need a very inexpensive but functional notebook computer, the 3400c may be a good match for you. It handles many everyday tasks well, internet and e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets.
