Pros
All-in one design, extremely low price for a Mac. No viruses adware/spyware!

The eMac, originally intended as a solely educational computer by Apple, quickly caught on with the general public. They were drawn, first and foremost, by its price (about $799 to $899) and its all-in-one simplicity and style. The baby beast looks like a sci-fi com terminal or something futuristic along those lines and it offers many of the features of the higher-priced Apples in one simple, relatively small and heavy package.
The emac sports a decent sized 19" CRT monitor and comes with built-in ethernet, USB, and firewire ports. It also takes the popular Airport Extreme Wireless ('G 54mb/sec) cards. It is available with a SuperDrive (CD/DVD burner) and various amounts of factory installed RAM. The built-in CRT still offers more vivid pictures than LCDs--they just haven't caught up yet--and for the average creative web surfer, home movie maker, or small business, these are absolutely perfect machines.
