Apple iBook Key Lime Special Edition 12.1 in. (M8245LL/A) Mac Notebook

As the owner of an iBook (okay, actually 2 of them) here are the reasons, Apple won't get another $1800 of my hard earned cash. But if you haven't yet purchased an iBook this is the one to buy. Confused? Okay let me explain, if you don't already own an iBook, buy this one... if you do, save your money, (it's just my opinion remember?) and wait until they really upgrade the iBook enough to put your old one on eBay! Here's whats up as far as I'm concerned!

The new models come with 64 megabytes of RAM built in (expandable to 320 megabytes if you wish to spend lots of money!). You get a 6 GIG Ultra ATA hard drive, CD-ROM, and the high-performance ATI RAGE Mobility graphics controller with 4MB of SDRAM video memory. The standard iBook only comes with 32 Mgs of Ram and we had to expand! We only received a measly little 3 Gig HD. And of couse the SE now has a 366Mghz processor... I'm sure that 66 Mghz... will make a profound difference in speed. This was the only option that almost lured us to upgrade but it just wasn't enough.

The iBook/iBook SE will give anyone who owns one, every thing they could ever want in a Laptop! They are sturdy, have style, boot fast, and run even hardcore applications like Photoshop & Illustrator with ease.

If you are new to computers and want the easiest computer to use in the whole, wild world, that will have you up and connected to the internet in less than 6 minutes or so, THIS is the computer to buy. Its portable, airport compatible and so easy to use, you'll never look any other direction again. And you won't find a comparably priced notebook with the options/speed that this little puppy has!

If you are a gamer I don't think you'll be thrilled with the iBook, look into a G4 or a TV based game machine.

For Apple to suck some more money out of me I'll wait for an iBook with DVD and a nice 400mghz. processor with a 10 GIG HD.
