For Under A Grand, Hey Why Not?
If you are the type of computer consumer who's been tooling around with boxes since slide-rule was the cutting edge, don't waste your megahertz considering the iMac a viable buying option. But if you are at the "I'm-still-trying-to-figure-out-the-complexities-of-email" level of computer... Read full review »
I thought it was good! WRONG!!
Everyone is talking about how good the iMac computer is. It really is not that great. I have owned one for about a year and a half and I cannot wait to get a new one. I am defiantly going to a PC instead of a MAC. I have had Mac computers my whole life and it has finally come to me that there are... Read full review »
Dr. iMac or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb
I have hated all things Apple for so long, and so very vocally, that it literally pains me to admit that I like the iMac. Okay, fine, I love the damn thing, stupid circular one-button mouse and all. I have even willingly stood silent as my longtime Mac-loving friends grasped hands to dance the... Read full review »
Great for beginners
I admit I am somewhat biased, but I truly love my iMac. I owned a Mac previously and loved it and will probably always be true to Apple. But I have say if I were asked to recommend a computer for someone who has little computer experience--iMac is the only way to go.

Great Home Computer!
We've had several computers in our home, and the iMac is by far and away my favorite! The all in one design is convenient and easy to use. I love the fact that is doesn't take much space in our family room. Although the monitor is just 13+ inches it works great at 800x600 pixel resolution and can... Read full review »
Apple imac for dummies
The iMac was Apple?s brave attempt at launching a new generation of Apple machines. On many levels it has been a success, but some people might point to its introduction as being merely another nail in the Apple coffin.
Since its introduction a couple of years ago, Apple have made a number...

What a darn nice little system! (Updated on 8/26/00)
Okay, I've been a "PC guy" since my parents bought me an IBM-PC in 1983. That's right, it was one of the first ones. It ran DOS 1.1, had one 360-K "double density" drive, a CGA monitor and color card, 128-K of RAM and an Epson nine-pin dot matrix printer. The thing cost about $4,000 (!), but I... Read full review »
I love my iMac!
When I read the press release, I could not wait to get my hands on one of these. I absolutely adore this machine. Since buying it I have upgraded the memory and let me tell you that makes a heck of a difference. I would highly reccommend this to anyone who just wants a low maintenance computer and... Perfect for the college dorm!
I work in a university and in a department that uses Macintosh's for their work. We have G3's in our labs and they are great. I have been getting lots of calls from prospective students and their parents about what kind of computer they should buy.
'I know that the student needs a Mac,' I...

Lime Green, of course
I have an iMac. I call it the Lime Beast. Mostly I like it, but I know that is because I perceive myself to be too stupid to use anything but a Mac.
I have been putting this epinion off for as long as the site has been operational. However, since I can find nothing else already linked...
