Great little unit, has only a few limitations
First, these things are a super bargain in terms of price. At least one half the price of anything else I have seen. I suspect that often the "bargain" price is due to people returning the unit. Another Walmart POS
This has to be the worst DVD recorder I have come across.
Weird tuner setup, hokey display, runs hot doing nothing.
It excels at making coasters.
It excels at playing DVD's but for the price I paid it should do more than that.

Well, my wife decided to buy this off QVC and I admit I was curious despite my reluctance (PC recorders just seem easier to operate and infinitely more useful). Bought this through Future Shop in Canada. Burned discs but functions did not work properly so I sent it back on Warranty. Cost $22.00 to mail. Company sent me a new one.
