Brand new out of the box and won't turn on.

Brand new tv, brought it home today and it does not work. A screen with the "Astar" logo pops up about every ten minutes, then it goes back to black. Unfortunately, there's nothing in their manual about this kind of problem. I really expected more. Needless to say, it's going back tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one.
