Very nice amp
Pros
built in fan, very nice design
Cons
kind of large, hard to find a place to mount it
Recommended it?
Yes
I had 1 of these powering 2 Audiobahn AW1200N subs. Before this amp I had a rockford which would overheat a lot. I haven't run into this problem with the A1300HCT. The cool blue lights are a plus at night. The chrome finish is nice until someone touches it and then finger prints everywhere. I would suggest keeping a microfiber cloth in your car.
Specs for this amp:600 watts RMS x1 @4Ohms mono, 1200 RMS Watts x1 @1 ohm mono. MOSFET Power Supply, Double Sided Glass Epoxy Circuit Board, S/N Ratio:100dB, Frequency Response:10Hz - 40KHz, Remote Bass Control with Blue Backlight Knob, Variable 24dB Hi-pass Crossover:50Hz - 750Hz, Variable 24dB Low-pass Crossover:30Hz - 120Hz, Variable Bass Boost:0-18dB, 4-way Protection Circuitry: Thermal, Short Circuit, Overload & DC Offset, Dual Cooling Fans, VU Meters Indicating Output Response.
UPDATE:
I now have 2 A1300HCT's hooked up to 2 Audiobahn AW1208T's. They sound amazing. My glasses vibrate on my face, which is kind of annoying when I'm driving, but I think I'll learn to deal with it. And I had to upgrade to a better battery and alternator, but I'm not sure if it was related to the new system or not.
