I agree about the volume levels
This is a nice unit - great sound, but as the previous reviewer states, the volume is still substantial at zero. This is a major design flaw to an otherwise beautiful unit. I have had this Audiovox XR9 XM Radio Receiver for over two years now and have been more than satisfied. I purchased it from Circut City and had them install it. I love the remote which is easier to use than looking down and hitting the correct button.

Good unit but beware of volume levels
I recently purchased the XR9 as a replacement for a broken Delphi Roady2. The unit works fine but beware of the volume levels that can (or cannot) be adjusted.
