Audiovox DV1680 6.8 in. Portable DVD Player

My wife and I both researched portable DVD players looking for quality and of course price, we really liked what we had read about the 1680 and liked the features portability,
however, we purchased one from a local retailer on Sunday the 3rd of June 2002, we watched 2 complete movies and started on the 3rd movie on Monday morning, at which point it would not spin. I took it back and exchanged it that evening after work. took the new one home and we watched a movie that night Wed. morning the Display quit working on the unit, we could plug it into our TV but we could not get a display on the unit itself. needless to say I am taking this one back. I can almost understand one failure but two unit failures within 4 days is unacceptable, I will be trying another model and probably another brand.
