I got this set of radios for Christmas. I have only ever got one radio to work at a time. They come with a set of batteries and one cell was dead. Since it was a gift, I don't have a receipt. I have contacted Audiovox customer service and here is what I have been told:
"Without the receipt, you just need to purchase a new battery pack (GMRS1222BAT). The cost is $18.75 plus $6.50 domestic shipping. You may pay for your order with a check, money order, or any major credit card."
Please be aware that Audiovox does not stand behind their products. Mine have never worked and they will do nothing about it.
