Audiovox PCX 3500XL Cell Phone

I needed a new cell phone after my $300 Motorola flip phone cracked at the hinges. The service people at Alltell told me to forget it. It couldn't be repaired. So what did I do? I bought another flip phone, but this time decided on the Audiovox PCX3500XL. I've found that the numbers don't activate unless you really lean on this. Also, I have quite a bit of cutting out. But the real bummer is that just yesterday, I noticed that one of the hinges is cracked. And I've had this phone for only a few months and feel these phones should hold up much longer than that, especially for the price I paid.
