Many problems with this product

It was great when it worked properly.
Cons
remote is difficult to use. screen does not work. dvd/cd player does not work.

Have had this product 2 years and already the cd player does not read the discs and the television screen goes black. The sound quality is average. I bought this product because it has the a/v jack in the back. The screen is designed to swivel, but the connection is now bad. I am so dissapointed with this product!
