The Bottom Line:
I would never buy another BEL product. My old escort lasted for years before I thought I would upgrade. What a mistake.
My Bel Radar detector only worked for 3 weeks. Then it would not give any warning of Radar. I would see detectors in cars in front of me that were going off full and mine would not go off at all. I sent this back to BEL and they wanted a lot to fix it because it was purchased on ebay. Even though it was only used 3 weeks, they would not repair the unit for less than what it cost to buy. It was new in the unopened box when I got it and had not been used. Telephone support was rude.
I will never buy another BEL product.
