Good monitor horrible warranty support

Very plain design yet acceptable. Low price, bright LCD
Cons
Buttons are cheap quality, cave in after normal use.

Very nice LCD monitor, does what its supposed to do. Easy to use and setup. Power button on my monitor caved in twice, BenQ not willing to cover it under warranty. Having a hard time switching the monitor on or off. Horrible phone reps, have been hung up on several times. Stay away from BenQ if you need reliable warranty support.
