If you want the best...you want BOSE

When Size Does Matter
So let's be honest. These are not high-end speakers. If you're the type who can rattle off the model numbers of your multi-thousand dollar system off the top of your head, these speakers probably aren't for you.

A Good System for a Medium Sized Home
Bose Acoustimass basically comes in two versions. One is Acoustimass 6 and another is Acoustimass 10. Unlike Acoustimass 10, Acoustimass 6 has only the direct speakers and not the refecting ones.
If your house is not as big as best buy, then I would advise you to go in for Acoustimass 6...

Bose Amazes me with these little cubes!
To start, I?ll have you know that I have owned about 10 different surround sound systems in the last 9 years. Some of the brands to name a few are Harmon Kardon, Cerwin Vega, Polk, and Kenwood. Etc. Sounded great in store, weak at home
I bought these to pair with a Harman Kardon AVR-335 (see my review for this receiver). It was actually my wife who was attracted to these as I was looking at cheaper systems.

Good Wife-friendly speakers
