Boss Audio Systems MP3-3060R Car CD Player

I would like the product, if it were to work like it is supposed to. After a few days I turned on my car and no audio came out of the speakers. The sub woofer I had connected to it was playing the bass, but the rest wasn't coming out of my stock speakers. I also had some trouble making an MP3 CD that the player would recognize. Even when the deck was working fine the max volume was not very loud at all. It is obvious that the numbers on this product aren't very honest. Then when I wanted to replace it with a new one Boss Audio wanted to charge me the shipping costs. The defective product isn't my fault, why should I pay for your mistake. But I guess what can you expect from a product this cheap.
