BAD MEMORY

Not a bad radio if it didn't have the memory problem.
Cons
Loses memory and must be constantly reset. Terrible customer service

I bought this radio for the many features it has. I was especially attracted to the SD card slot. The first radio I received would lose its memory and all stations and the clock would have to be reset almost daily. After fighting with Boss customer service for months I was finally sent a rebuilt radio. After 3 months of trouble free service it has now begun to lose memory just like the first radio. I would not recommend buying this product.
