Boston Acoustics 6.5 System 6.5" Car Component System

After months of going around listening to speakers, these were definately the best value for money possible. I listened to sony, kenwood, panasonic, jbl, philips, clarion, jvc and these were by far the best. The reason why I enjoy these spilts so much is because with most splits as the volume gets a bit higher, the tweeters really start to "scream" and it hurts my ears, but with these I found that these small tweeters always deliver a smooth and clear high range sound that don't "make your eyes close". The tweeters actually sold the speakers. I currently have them hooked up to my 45 watt deck and they sound pretty good, but the woofers are a bit soft, which causes a lack of midrange in the overall system. I have heard them amped and they sound incredible, so I'm looking for an amp for them now. There are a few different mounting brackets supplied. I highly recommend these spilts to anyone looking around the $200 mark.
