CC Radio not the best radio ever made.

Pros Good "detail" tuning on AM and FM bands.
Cons Poor quality preset buttons. No separate Weather/TV band button.
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  Not recommended. Clunky preset buttons and poor design considerations.
I have owned this radio for a couple of months now and I must say that I'm been sorely disappointed. My major gripe concerns the preset buttons on top of the radio. The buttons are not very sensitive at all. I find myself slapping at the buttons when I want to change stations because if you simply press the button it will not change the channel. You can actually press the button hard enough to hear the "clicking" sound, yet the button doesn't register the fact that you just press it. I don't know if these are just poor quality buttons, or what the thought was behind this, but this alone would keep me from buying another CC in the future. The second flaw in the design concerns switching frequencies, or bands. The CC includes four bands (AM, FM, Weather, and TV). However, CC for some reason has decided to include only one button for switching back and forth between the bands. Therefore, say for instance that you are listening to AM and you want to switch to FM, you simply press the band button once and you are now listening to FM. However, if you want to go back to AM, you will need to press the button 3 times (once to get to the Weather band, once more to get to the TV band, and finally once more to get back to AM). I don't know about you, but my daily listening habits don't include much Weather band and/or TV band listening. CC would have been much better off to include one button for AM/FM and a separate button for Weather/TV. The radio also makes an annoying "beep" each time you press the button. I really don't understand the purpose of this, and it is also at a preset volume, ie. no matter what the volume setting on the radio at that time, when you press the band button, the beep is always the same (rather loud) volume. The one saving grace of this radio is the fact that you can "fine tune" frequencies in the event that a station is not coming in clearly. However, for the reasons mentioned above, I would not recommend this product to a friend or family member.
