I have had this Cambridge radio for about two years now. I purchased it to put in my bedroom after I took my Bose Wave Radio out and put it in my hot tub room. I have been very satisfied with this radio. The controls are numerous, yet easy to decipher without the manual. The sound quality is, in my opinion, equal to or better than that of the Bose Wave Radios that I have in my home. The size is a little larger than the Bose but it is still a very attractive design. The center multifunction knob is in many ways easier to use than the up/down arrows on the Bose Wave Radio. It is much easier to just give a twist and get a fine tuning on the volume than it is to punch a button several times or hold it down until you get the volume just right.
The dual alarm feature is handy. Having one station (or beep) wake you up and another station (or beep) wake up your spouse is nice. You can set your side really quiet then set hers really loud after you have left so she has to get out of bed :).
Nearly everything you would want to do is possible with the included remote control. I was so used to the remote I nearly was beside myself when my 2 year old "disappeared" it like so many other small things in my household. You wouldn't happen to know where my favorite watch is would you?
The included front aux input is nice when you want to plug in an iPod or something. You don't have to go fumbling around the rear of the radio looking for an input.
